About Mannamicus
“Mann” means Mind – conscious and sub-conscious, and “amicus” means amity or friendship. So, “Mannamicus” stands for “friendship with our mind(s)”. Mind drives our life and a healthy mind is essential for a healthy life in all aspects. In today’s dynamic world, minding our own mind has become much more challenging than before. In a bid to catch-up with the competitive world, the mental health is often ignored and unacknowledged.
